— Who we are

Built on trade knowledge, not enthusiasm

We came from low-voltage infrastructure work. That background shapes every decision we make on a job.

/ Why this business exists

The market kept selling complexity

We started Groundwork because most installers were moving product, not solving problems. Homeowners were left with systems that required constant attention instead of systems that just ran.

Our background is in low-voltage infrastructure—structured cabling, access control, distributed audio. We treat integration as a trade. That means architecture before equipment, every time.

How we operate

Three things we don't compromise on

Trade-grade background

Small job count, by choice

Reachable after handoff

We came up through structured cabling and low-voltage systems. Integration is our trade, not a side service we picked up selling devices.

We limit active projects so no installation gets handed off to an unfamiliar crew. The person who assessed your home finishes the job.

We stay reachable once the job is done. Questions get answered and issues get fixed—not logged and forgotten in a support queue.
